Refund policy

NoughtOne works to provide our customers with premium quality products that undergo thorough quality check before the product is dispatched. In case the customer receives the product damaged or defective from our end, returns will be done in the form of exchange of the product under the following conditions:

- Returns will be accepted only if the return is filed to us at info@noughtone.in within ten days of the product delivery to the customer.

- No item should be missing. The original packing, tags to be returned in the condition they were delivered.

- The product to be returned passes the quality check.

- The product should not be worn, damaged, altered, or washed.

- The invoice for the product purchased be attached in the mail request for a return. Without the invoice, the return process will not start.

 NoughtOne reserves the right to refuse returns. No product under any circumstance will be eligible for return if the return period days (10 days after product delivery) expires. The customer will be liable for the shipping cost of the product in case of a return, and it will be non-refundable.

NoughtOne will not be liable to provide any exchange or refund in case the returning product is lost or damaged in the process of return.

Cancellation of the purchased product/products for any reason will be done only if the customer informs us at info@noughtone01.com at least seven days from the date of delivery. Once the cancellation request is processed, the amount paid for the product will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days. “NoughtOne reserves the right to  refuse cancellation.”
